Meter Music is a fantastic school. The owner is dedicated and truly cares about each student and teacher at the studio. I would highly recommend the first place you look for music lessons!

I have two kids who have taken classes at Meter and we have had a phenomenal experience. My daughter takes flute lessons from Kristine who is SO PATIENT and really works to meet my daughter where she is; she knows how to support her skill building while also teaching in a really age-appropriate way. My older daughter has loved taking violin lessons from Jonah and describes him as being a super clear communicator who has helped her break down skills in a way where it's really easy for her to learn. I also want to give a shout out to the incredible front office staff who are SO SPEEDY in communicating with me. We have had to make a few schedule adjustments over the years and they are so easy to work with, so clear, and very generous in their policies. This local business is a gem and I highly recommend Meter Music.

I have had the pleasure of having Jesse M as my son's music drum teacher for the past few months, and I can confidently say that he is an excellent teacher. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable, which makes the learning experience enjoyable for my son. Jesse is always punctual and comes prepared to every lesson with a well-structured plan, tailored to my son's needs and skills. His teaching style is engaging, and he has a way of explaining the concepts in a way that is easy for my son to understand. I have noticed significant progress in my son's drumming skills since he started taking lessons with Jesse. I highly recommend Jesse as a drum teacher to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated teacher.

We really love Meter Music School. Our daughter has taken guitar there for several years now. Right now, she is learning from Sabrina who is helping her grow her skillsets from a technical aspect but also dive into songs she loves and learn how to play them. Sabrina has been great! Meter Music does a great job communicating with families, keeping their prices affordable and being flexible about scheduling. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has had a wonderful experience with singing and piano lessons with Angel. Angel is super encouraging and supportive and especially helped my kiddo overcome shyness at the beginning of taking lessons. The option to do recitals at Meter is great for giving kids a chance to practice and build towards something that they are really proud of.

We have had taken piano and voice for the last two years at Meter Music, both with great success. Emily taught my child piano and balanced the lesson beautifully with fun, engaging activities and foundation skills. My child now studies voice with Jeannie, and she pivots very adeptly to teach everything from rock songs to classical musical theatre pieces.

Love our piano lessons with Emily Stephenson! My daughter has taken lessons from Emily for approximately 2 years and continues to be motivated and excited about piano. She's learned to read music and she plays confidently. Emily is supportive and kind, and clearly has a wonderful rapport with children!
